The service
GoDine provides customer restaurant discovery, monthly membership credits, eligible promotional and additional credits, and customer-initiated redemptions at participating restaurants. Restaurant availability, offers, menu items, and operating details can change.
Accounts
Customers are responsible for accurate account information and protecting their password and devices. Email verification is required before starting or changing membership, purchasing credits, redeeming, or receiving promotional credits. GoDine may disable access when needed to protect the service or its records.
Memberships and billing
Membership purchase and billing management use Stripe-hosted web pages. Plans renew monthly until canceled. Subscription and additional credits expire at the applicable billing-cycle end; promotional credits do not expire under the current product rules. A customer may cancel renewal through the provided billing controls, but pause is not supported. Plan-change timing and consequences are displayed before confirmation.
Redemptions
One credit represents one redemption for the benefit displayed by GoDine, currently one menu item up to $20. Customers select the restaurant and review an irreversible confirmation. Location-distance information is a warning and audit signal, not a hard eligibility block. Same-restaurant, same-local-day redemptions are blocked. A completed redemption may be voided only by an authorized administrator before payout, subject to the implemented audit rules.
Account deletion
Authenticated deletion requires the current password and separate acknowledgement that membership access ends immediately, unused membership and promotional credits are forfeited, future Stripe subscription billing stops immediately, and previous payments are not refunded automatically. Deletion cannot complete while an active recurring billing relationship remains. Records required for accounting, payouts, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and audit are retained in anonymized or minimized form.
