Account access
Use Change Password if you can sign in. If you are signed out, use Forgot Password from the sign-in screen. Never share your password, access code, payment-card details, or redemption code.
Billing and membership
Payments and payment-method management take place through GoDine’s Stripe-hosted web flows. Your account shows the membership and credit state recorded by GoDine after Stripe updates are processed.
Redemptions
Before redeeming, confirm the restaurant and displayed benefit. If the result is uncertain, keep the app open or return to Activity so GoDine can check the original request instead of submitting a duplicate.
Contact
Include the Support ID shown with any error, but never send your password, payment-card details, access token, or redemption code.
